JESS DE KITCHEN is a homemade bakery, currently in Selangor. It was started by a post-90s girl named Jessica.

The beginning of JESS DE KITCHEN is that a girl wants to pass on the love to others with food, just like her family. Why take this as the original intention? It is because when the girl went back to her grandmother's house, her grandmother always cooked the most delicious food for her every week. She can feel her grandmother using her love to cook a lot of delicious dishes in order to convey her love and miss her grandchild. 

Then, after that, she actually inadvertently attended a workshop last year. She found that baking can also make her happy, especially the happiness and touch of everyone receiving the cake, so she hopes she can also pass on this love by baking to everyone. Passing love and missing out through the love of food is the happiest moment in the world.

So，this is the reason and original intention of the opening of JESS DE KITCHEN.
